Ethereum: Records and Future Prospects

🔶December was a record-breaking month for Ethereum ETFs, which reached a cumulative inflow of $2.5 billion just five months after debuting in July. December alone accounted for $2.1 billion, nearly doubling the inflows from November. However, the price of ETH declined by 8%, settling at $3,417.

🔶Some traders capitalized on the downward trend, including one crypto trader who earned $1.1 million on a 50x leveraged short position. Despite ongoing pressure, analysts forecast ETH to rise to $4,400 in 2025. The $3,500 level remains a key resistance, and breaking through it could trigger the liquidation of $1 billion in short positions.
