🟪Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse supported the launch of Grayscale XRP Trust, noting that this event was largely anticipated. The new private fund provides accredited investors with direct access to XRP and plans to transition into a spot ETF.

🟪Garlinghouse expressed satisfaction, emphasizing that XRP already has regulatory clarity, which will create conditions for further growth. After the court ruling that XRP is not a security, many exchanges resumed trading it. However, despite positive expectations, uncertainty remains due to the ongoing legal battle with the SEC, which could impact the future launch of the ETF. If there is no appeal, the chances of a successful XRP ETF launch will increase.
