BlackRock Expands BTC-ETP to Europe

🟦BlackRock has launched a Bitcoin ETP in Europe, building on the success of its spot Bitcoin ETF, iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), whose assets have reached $50.6 billion. The new product is traded on Xetra and Euronext under the tickers IB1T and BTCN.

🟦The fee has been reduced to 0.15% until the end of the year. This is BlackRock’s first crypto ETP outside North America. Analysts believe success in Europe is possible, although local investors tend to be more risk-averse than in the U.S.
