Record Growth and Mining Difficulty of BTC

🟡Bitcoin mining difficulty has reached a record high of 110.45 trillion, driven by increased computational power from miners. On the night of January 13, the network hash rate hit an all-time high of 939 Eh/s, with the average daily rate remaining steady at 850 Eh/s.

🟡Despite these records, mining profitability has decreased by 1.1%, now standing at $54.05 per petahash. This drop is attributed to Bitcoin’s price correction, falling from $108,000 in December to $94,000. In December, miners produced 14,213 BTC, with a quarter of that output originating from the United States, where registered companies control 25.3% of the network hash rate.
