Possible Approval of Spot Ethereum ETFs in the U.S.

🔶Negotiations between asset managers and regulators are nearing the final stages. The process of amending the securities filing documents has progressed to addressing “minor” issues. It is expected that the approval process will take no more than one or two weeks.

🔶Earlier, Gary Gensler, the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), stated that the agency’s review of Ethereum-ETF launch plans is proceeding smoothly. On the Polymarket platform, the likelihood of approval for such products by July 4th stands at 75%. However, experts from the brokerage firm Bernstein mentioned that Ethereum-ETFs may experience lower demand compared to similar Bitcoin-based products.
