SEC Closes Investigation Into Ethereum

🔷On Tuesday evening, Consensys, the leading developer of Ethereum, announced a major victory for developers, technology providers, and industry participants. The SEC’s enforcement division notified them of the closure of its investigation into Ethereum 2.0. This means that the SEC will not file charges claiming that ETH sales constitute securities transactions.
