Tether Expands Horizons

🌀Tether, the issuer of the stablecoin USDT and the third-largest cryptocurrency, is venturing beyond its core business. The company has financed a $45 million crude oil purchase deal between a major oil company and a commodity trader. This move is part of Tether’s plan to enter the commodity trading market.

🌀Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino highlighted the importance of this transaction, stating that it marks the beginning of supporting a broader range of goods and industries.
