Crypto Exchanges in Russia: Regulation and Prospects

🟡 Cryptocurrency exchanges in Russia will operate similarly to those in Belarus, where exchanges function within the High-Tech Park framework. This was stated by crypto expert Taisiya Romanova.

🟡 According to her, “gray” exchanges will face regulatory measures, while “white” services will strictly follow the new rules at first. However, later market participants will find ways to bypass the restrictions without breaking the law.

🟡 The expert believes that the restrictions will benefit the market, as much of the information about cryptocurrencies is misleading. At the same time, advertising of educational materials, events, and consulting services will be allowed.
