Peter Schiff Opposes Bitcoin

According to Schiff, such a move could help reduce the 2024 budget deficit and prevent the creation of a strategic Bitcoin reserve—a concept championed by Donald Trump. Schiff argues that selling the holdings would also spare Trump from breaking his promise not to sell BTC.
