Bitcoin Pulls Back After Rally

🔴On December 5, Bitcoin (BTC) surpassed the historic $100,000 mark, reaching $103,679 before dropping to $90,300. At the time of publication, BTC was trading at $95,500 amid heightened volatility.

🔴In the past 24 hours, $885.61 million in leveraged positions were liquidated, affecting 202,956 traders. BTC accounted for $217.33 million of the liquidations, Ethereum $81.04 million, and altcoins like XRP, DOGE, and Solana a combined $93.06 million.

🔴Binance recorded the highest liquidation volume at $53.22 million. Long positions incurred 72.4% of all losses, reflecting overly optimistic market expectations.

🔴Bitcoin’s current market capitalization stands at $1.89 trillion, with a daily trading volume of $143.6 billion.
