🟡The price of Bitcoin has reached a new high since the end of July, climbing to $67,950. After hitting this new autumn record, the price retraced back to around $65K–66K. Financial analyst Vladislav Antonov from BitRiver believes that buyers have a clear path to $68.8K, and breaking through this level could trigger mass purchases of Bitcoin with a target around $90K.
🟡On cryptocurrency exchanges, traders’ positions worth $102 million were liquidated, with Bitcoin accounting for $39 million and Ethereum for $27 million. The price of the leading altcoin also spiked but dropped back to $2.62K. The total cryptocurrency market capitalization increased by 0.8% over the day, reaching $2.42 trillion.
