There is currently no solution to this issue, and users are waiting for a software update from Apple.
According to a report from MacRumors, some users are reporting only a single line on the screen, while others have shared photos showing multiple green lines scattered across the display. Most users began reporting these issues after updating to iOS 16.2. Although these lines disappear automatically after a few seconds, it is still frustrating to see such a glitch on the premium iPhone model.
Some users who encountered this issue reached out to Apple, and the company confirmed that it is caused by a software bug, and there are no hardware issues with the iPhone. Apple is currently testing iOS 16.3, and an update is expected to be released in January 2023.
Before that, the company may release an additional software update to fix the green lines issue on the iPhone 14 Pro series smartphones. While the green lines issue may be limited to the latest Pro models, it is expected that Apple will release an update for all iPhones.
