Notcoin’s Price Plummets After Airdrop

The price of the gaming cryptocurrency Notcoin (NOT), launched on the TON network, crashed by 52% following an airdrop📉. The creators gifted over 80 billion NOT coins, valued at $550.2 million, to members of the crypto community. 90% of the coins were distributed to Telegram users via the built-in app.

After Notcoin was listed on Binance and other exchanges, many airdrop participants sold their coins 🪙, causing the price to drop. On Binance, the price of NOT initially surged by 30%, but then halved. It is now down 52% from the price at the start of trading. However, 88% of Binance users surveyed forecast a positive price change for Notcoin. Traders believe the bearish trend has subsided, and the asset’s value will rise.
