Since then, the number of such investors has grown to 103, who collectively own 2,418,328 BTC, accounting for 12.28% of the total Bitcoin supply. Additionally, three wallets hold more than 100,000 BTC. These addresses together control 564,902 BTC, which represents 2.87% of the total Bitcoin supply.
Furthermore, Bitcoin whales accumulated 266,000 BTC in the first months of 2024, which is equivalent to $16.2 billion.
