August and XRP’s Challenges

⚫Historically, August has been unfavorable for XRP: over the past 12 years, the cryptocurrency ended the month in profit only four times. The most impressive rally came in 2021, when the token surged nearly 60%. However, more often than not, August brought losses, including a record 26.6% drop in 2023.

⚫In 2025, however, the outlook looks more optimistic. According to CryptoRank, XRP rose by 3.36% in August and consolidated around $3.11 — a much better result than last year. While historical data points to weakness during this period, the current performance offers hope that August could become the fifth profitable month in XRP’s history.
