Cardano on the Brink of a Correction

🔵Cardano (ADA) is once again under pressure as short-term investors increasingly take profits, raising the risk of a correction. The MVRV Long/Short Difference indicator has dropped to -18% — a five-month low — signaling that short-term holders are in profit. Historically, such periods often trigger a wave of selling, and the current situation appears to be no exception.

🔵Another sign of weakness is the decline in the Chaikin Money Flow, indicating capital outflows and a lack of investor confidence. This has kept ADA from breaking above the $0.63 resistance level. If conditions deteriorate further, a drop to $0.57 is likely. However, if the market stabilizes, a breakout above $0.63 could become a turning point, potentially pushing the price toward $0.70.
