Hyper Cyber Concept Will Embark on a Journey to 2080

You’ve probably already heard of Steampunk. This “retrofuturistic” vision of the world features 19th-century steam technology. But have you heard of Cyberpunk?

The Essence of Cyberpunk Cyberpunk combines “low life” with “high tech.” It implies that social order has broken down. In this world, artificial intelligence and cybernetics have taken over. For instance, think of Blade Runner 2049 or the game Cyberpunk 2077. You can see this aesthetic in Tesla’s Cybertruck. Alternatively, you can check out the Hyper Cyber Concept from 3D-mente digital on Behance. These Cybertruck-esque motorcycles and race cars deserve real-world production.

Key Design Features The design of this structure follows the Rimac motorcycle style. This concept was actually part of the Rimac Automobili competition in April 2020. The contest aimed to envision cars in the year 2080. Consequently, the winners visited Rimac’s headquarters in Croatia to meet the design team.

The team from 3D-mente, hailing from Ecuador, participated in the competition. Therefore, we finally saw their unique creation.

Innovative Inventions by 3D-mente The creators felt a strong influence from the manga Akira. Their motorcycle features several distinctive elements:

  • Body edges: Many parts of the body have triangular shapes.

  • Traditional wheels: This choice confirms that wheels remain relevant. They will not disappear in favor of flying mechanisms.

  • One-piece body: The motorcycle has a low stance. Specifically, the team used negative space as suspension to achieve this effect.

The motorcycle looks like a machine you could actually ride. Furthermore, the car resembles the Cybertruck but adds original angular features. This vision suggests that past components will become part of high-end future inventions.

2026 Update:

Looking back from today, these cyberpunk visions are merging with real-world blockchain infrastructure. While the aesthetic remains futuristic, the real ‘cyber’ shift is happening in finance — like the recent Mastercard & BVNK deal, where traditional networks finally embrace on-chain stability.
