The debut of Devconnect — a co-located week of independent Ethereum events replacing the traditional single conference format. Set the template for the series.
The first Devconnect was a decentralised week rather than one conference: independent Ethereum events across the city from 18 to 25 April 2022, with the Foundation's Co-Work at the Beurs van Berlage as the hub. Hosts included L2BEAT, ETHStaker, the Solidity team, Gitcoin, 0xPARC and the EF's Robust Incentives Group; topics ran from L1 and staking to L2 scaling, DAO governance, MEV, public goods and gaming.
