Devcon SEA at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre was the largest edition on record: 650 sessions from 729 speakers in the archive. Vitalik Buterin opened with 'Ethereum in 30 minutes'; keynotes came from Audrey Tang, Peter Van Valkenburgh and Hart Montgomery, and the week closed with a d/acc panel (Vitalik Buterin, Robin Hanson, Eli Dourado) and the Devcon Decade ceremony.
