🟡 Institutional investors are showing increasing interest in spot Bitcoin ETFs, as evidenced by data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In the April-June period, 44% of asset managers increased their investments in such exchange-traded products, while 22% maintained their previous investment levels.
🟡 According to the Chief Investment Officer of Bitwise Asset Management, the trend of increased investments is expected to continue at least until the end of 2024. Hedge funds such as Schonfeld, Boothbay, and Capula have become leaders among BTC-ETF holders.
🟡 The analyst believes that heightened interest in the product is likely from U.S. private pension funds and technology companies in the near future. At the same time, interest in ETH ETFs has been lower than expected.
