🔴The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Consensys Software, accusing the company of selling unregistered securities. Last summer, the SEC filed lawsuits against both Coinbase and Binance, alleging they were also offering and selling unregistered securities.
